There is no way that we can do extensive background checks on members, and we expect you to understand that we cannot take responsibility for any pain, damage or suffering arising from your use of this site. Is there any limit to what I can put in my profile?
Yes, all profiles are censored. Our membership team approves all members' profiles, when they are originally created as well as when they are modified. We reserve the right to refuse any profile or photograph that we feel is inappropriate for this site. Also, we ask that you do not put any personal information etc, in your profile, including but not limited to: Any direct contact information (i.e., email addresses, URLs, phone numbers, full names, addresses). Any location or descriptive information that threatens a member's anonymity. Abusive language of any kind (i.e., vulgarity, racism). Discussion or descriptions of illegal acts or behavior (i.e., drug use, violence). Business or political advertisements or solicitations. Material that exploits or solicits personal information from other individuals Unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked material. We do not accept content from individuals under the age of 18 or under the legal age of the state you reside in. This is direct violation of our "Terms of Use" including Federal and State Laws. Offences will result in termination of your account without warning or refunded.
Does my account get approval automatically?
No, once you have confirmed your account activation, your account is only in pending approval status. This means that your account, including photos that you have uploaded, will not be visible to the public until your status is manually set to active by our administrator team after a review of your information.
How long does it take to have my profile posted / approved?
It usually takes 1-2 business days to have your profile made active...depending on how many people sign up each day. If 2 days have passed and your profile still has not been posted, please notify us via Contact Us page.
To update your profile, please follow these steps: Log into the site using your Username and Password. Click on the 'Edit Profile' located on the left hand side of the page. Make all necessary changes and then scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Save Changes'.

Yes it is very secure. There is no way that anyone else can come across your private information on our site. We even insist that you do not publicly disclose any private information, (such as name, address, phone number etc) about you on the site. Our concern for our members’ security is such that inclusion of such private information on the public area of our site is not permitted.
I forgot my username and/or password, what do I do?
Simply follow the link to our home page and under members login section, click on 'Forgot' for our automated password/Username lookup form. Your username and password is then emailed to your email account.

Looking at photos is an important part of most people's selection process. A nice picture of you adds personality and presence to your profile and profiles with photos get browsed ten times more often than those without photos.
Login into the site with your username and password. Click on 'Upload Photos', located on the left side of the page and follow the instructions. We suggest that you keep images sizes under 250K. You may use .jpg, .gif and .png type files. Once approved, uploaded photos will be posted as they are submitted. Our system automatically crops your photo if necessary before uploading it. Due to the volume of photos that we receive, it may take up to 5 working days for your photo to appear on your profile. you can also email us your photo.
What are the guidelines for posting a photo?
You must be in the photo and clearly visible. Profile photograph must be fully clothed. We suggest you use good taste and use only quality images. No illegal material may be posted; this result in the in the loss of your membership. Do not upload copyrighted or protected photos. Images including bestiality or child pornography WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! We reserve the right to reject any photo at our discretion.
How do I password protect my photos?
A special feature that members have the option to use to restrict the public from viewing their photos by setting a password-protected to those photos. Pictures are available only to members with the password. Members can request for a password from the owner by sending a message.
Step 1. Login
Step 2. Go to your Member menu on the left. Click on upload photos.
Step 3. Go to were it says: Picture 1: Will be resized to 300x300 pixels. New picture:________ browse upload.
Step 4. Click on the browse button to locate your photo then click upload. After your picture is uploaded go to where is says: Thumb: Will be resized to 100x150 pixels. Just below this is a delete button. Click it. This will delete the thumbnail picture created when you up loaded your first picture. (thumbnail pictures cannot be password protected) This will delete the thumbnail picture and leave the 300X300 (larger) picture.
Step 5. Just to the left of this picture you will see: Delete | [] Private photo. Check the private photo check box. You can do this same procedure for any pictures you wish to password protect.
Step 6. Now you must click on My Profile to the left on your Member Menu, Scroll down to the bottom of your profile information and find: Private photo password. Enter your private photo password then click the save changes button. Remember every time you make a photo change your profile will have to be reviewed before it is made active again. Usually within 12 hours. To password protect additional photos simply follow the same procedure. If you have already uploaded photos just click the private photo check box next to any photos you wish to password protect and then follow Step 6. Remember even if you password protect Picture 1 your thumbnail will still be visible to the public. That is why we have you delete it. You do not have to delete the thumbnail if you wish it to be visible. Also, if this is your first photo upload, simply start with Picture 2 then you will not need to worry about deleting a thumbnail.
How to set up my Photo Gallery Categories and Albums?
Setting up a Photo Gallery is a bit lengthy at first. But once you have your photo categories and albums setup adding/deleting and managing your categories and albums is quite easy.
1. Click on My Photo Gallery.
2. Click on Add/Delete Photo Album categories.
3. Type in a category name under Add a new category.
4. Click the Add new category button.
5. Click on View photo album categories.
6. You will see the new category you just created.
Click on the name of the category you wish to work with.
Now that you have a photo album category you can create and manage Photo Albums
7. Click on Create/Manage Photo Albums.
8. Type a name for the new Photo Album below Add new album.
9. Click the Add new album button.
10 Click on the View photo albums link at the top.
You will see a the name of the new Photo Album you just created.
11. Click on the name of the new album.
12. Then click on the Manage/Add photos to add photos to your new album. You will then see a place to browse, upload and add pictures to your Album
How do I search for other members?
There are three ways that you can search our database: by username, by id or by choosing other selection criteria. If you are looking for a specific person and you remember their username or id, enter it in the 'User Name' or 'User Id' field at the top of the Search Page. If you are not looking for a specific person, but rather someone who matches a description you give, then select other fields on the Extensive Search Page. You can search by almost any category of information that we keep track of, including sex, location, languages spoken, etc.
How do I send emails to members?
Only Subscribed Members can initiate email contact with other members: To contact other members please follow these steps: Log into the site using your username and password. Click on the 'Search Profiles' link. Enter the username of the member you wish to contact into the 'username' search field, or select your search preferences and click on the 'Search' button to see your results. Click on a 'Contact' icon below the member's summary profile and proceed accordingly. Type the Subject, Write your message, and click on 'Send', to send your message. Standard (Non Paying) members: Standard members are allowed to view as many numbers of profiles as they wish but cannot email any member.
How do I get emails from other members?
This website uses a sophisticated emailing system. When you get mail, it goes into your mailbox on this website and you are also automatically notified in your private email address. (The sender does not get to see your private email address. This double emailing is driven by our database.) This will present you with a link back to the home page, where you can then log in as usual to read your mail.
How do I block members from contacting me?
Log into the site using your username and password. Carry out a 'username' search of the member. When the member's detail appears, click on 'Block'.
What is the Cupid Service and how do I use it?
A unique feature that calculates to see if members have the criteria of what you are looking for such as, gender, age range, height, body type, relationship, education, income, etc..The results are displayed on the search result page near the thumbnail photo as a percentage from the perfect match.
The Cupid service allows you, as a member to select a variety of personal characteristics that you're looking for in a person, and the site will then notify you via emails of new members who match your preferences. In other words, you will receive prompt notification of new members without having to come to the site every day to look for them yourself.
How do I turn on/off my Cupid emails?
To turn on/off Cupid reports, please follow these steps: Log into the site using your username and password. Click on 'Edit Profile' located on the left side of the page. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on 'Do Not Notify Me'. Go to the bottom of the form and click on button 'Save Changes'.
It is a unique feature that allows member to directly send a virtual kiss, or crush message to members. If he/she is interested in you after viewing your profile then he/she will return the kiss and contact you.
You need to be logged in with your membership detail. Carry out a 'username' search of the member. When the member's detail appears, click on the link 'Kiss!'.
What is the 'Hot List' feature?
Your Hot List is a list of members whom you are interested in. It maintains a link to their profile. When you do a search and click on 'Hot List' icon, the member is added to your Hot List. You can later remove people from your Hot List by clicking on the 'Delete' checkbox next to their name under 'Communicator' area.
